Okay here I will try and explain how you obtain all the ultimate weapons for each character.

Cloud: Ultima Weapon

• Cloud can obtain his ultimate weapon by destroying one of the hidden bosses called Ultimate WEAPON. On Disc 3 you can find Ultimate WEAPON hovering over a lake in the eastern continent.

Barret: Missing Score

• To obtain Barret's ultimate weapon.. it can be found on teh steps that lead up to Sister Ray just before the team encounters Hojo.

Tifa: Premium Heart

• To get Tifa's ultimate weapon you first need to get the "Key to Sector 5". That enables you to return to Wall Market, after you return check the broken vending machine again(as you may remember it was really messed up). It's fixed.. kinda. It despenses Tifa's ultimate weapon, then it kinda breaks down again.

Aeris: Princess Guard

• While wondering around the Temple of the Ancients, you'll find Aeris's ultimate weapon, just off the clock room, it's at the end of the IV hallway.

Red XIII: Limited Moon

• After Taking Begenhagen to the Ancient City, return to Cosmo Canyon with Red XIII in your party. He finds that Bugenhagen is sick, but Red XIII leaves with the Limited Moon.

Cait Sith: HP Shout

• During the team's second raid through Shinra's Headquarters, you can pick up Cait Sith's ultimate weapon, from a locker in the health spa on the 64th floor. The locker is on the left side of the thrid row.

Yuffie: Conformer

• When you obtain the submarine, locate the crashed Gelnika just off the coast by the Gold Saucer. Inside the generator room is Yuffie's ultimate weapon.

Cid: Venus Gospel

• After the rocket in Rocket Town has been launched, talk to the man outside the Item Shop. He's the one who's been obsessed with the rocket, if you talk to him many times and he'll give you Cid's ultimate weapon.

Vincent: Death Penalty

• After acquiring either the submarine or a Gold Chocobo, you can reach Lucretia's Cave, located behind a waterfall in a lagoon in the Nibel area. Vist the cave with Vincent in your party during Disc 2. Then revisit the cave with Vincent in your party during Disc 3 to get his ultimate weapon.
